Urban Fantasy Recommendations

Ali @ Winged Reviews was talking about not having read many books in the Urban Fantasy genre so I thought I would do a quick post and recommend the few that I’ve read in the genre so far. The titles are linked to Goodreads.


·        Blood Song (Blood Singer #1) by Cat Adams (my review)

·        Blood Drive by Traci Houston

·        Bound by Blood (The Garner Witch #1) by P.A. Lupton (my review)

·        Discount Armageddon (InCryptid #1) by Seanan McGuire (my review)
 
·        Sookie Stackhouse Series  by Charlaine Harris – I think this would be considered Urban Fantasy

·        Immortality Bites Series by Michelle Rowen – Again, I think this is considered Urban Fantasy

Alpha & Omega Series by Patricia Briggs

·        Alpha & Omega (Novella Prequel to Alpha & Omega Series, you can find this in On the Prowl anthology) ç it’s important to read this before starting the series…trust me!

·        Cry Wolf (Alpha & Omega #1)  

·        Hunting Ground (Alpha & Omega #2)

·        Fair Game (Alpha & Omega #3) çI’m almost finished reading this & I’m loving it!



Have you read any good 4 or 5 star Urban Fantasy books that you can recommend?

    Hmmm... UF books... They have the Dark Swan novels by Richelle Mead listed as UF. And the Anita Blake books are really good as well!
