My Review:

I would consider this book to be a dramatic romance with a splash of paranormal. It’s an emotional tale with action and a few twists and turns. Throughout the whole book my eyes were glued to the pages and I just could not put it down until the end.

The story begins with Justin performing a daring rescue. He is a Coast Guard Rescue Swimmer and he’s damn good at it. He also has powers to control water which he uses on occasion to aide in a rescue. The question is, will his powers or his job be the death of him?

Mandy is in a bad place after surviving breast cancer and the heartbreak of her fiancé breaking off their engagement. She is trying to piece her life back together but can she move past the emotional and physical scars long enough to find love?

It was so easy to fall in love with Mandy and Justin. I was rooting for them throughout the book!

I also love the cover. It’s very fitting to the book and the colors are gorgeous against the gray background tones!

-I know some readers do not enjoy reading spicy scenes so just a forewarning there are some in this book.
